The app is getting better. When will I be able to order on my phone?

Doesnt work at all. Our local store had the Reward Program flyers at the counter, so I grabbed one and downloaded the app. It wont allow me upload a credit card to pay for my purchases, so of course, the app is useless. If you dont pay through the app, you dont get reward points. The employees know nothing, so Im deleting the app.

The app was great at first when I could reload the money onto the app & use it towards purchases at the store. Now they have disabled that feature, for no reason given, which was why I downloaded the app in the first place. I enjoy the convenience because I dont always carry cash or my wallet. I have been using my Starbucks app for years just for that reason & it works great & its really convenient. I guess Ill just keep my business at Starbucks.

App is useless if you cant reload your card. In order to get the points, you have to pay through the app. I have a strange feeling theyve just kinda forgotten about fixing this.

I had problems where it would accept my credit card but it would not show the barcode on my card. I called corporate, and they worked to get the situation remedied. They gave me my barcode over the phone and after approximately one month they got the situation fixed. I am quite satisfied

What good is a rewards app if you cant load a debit or credit card? These guys should hire some competent software developers.

App only works on wifi

No menu and not able to use receipts or anyway for reward points/credit... Not sure the point of the app. Just tells you the address and hours mostly. Could be so much better.
