Unable to add gift card along with credit card

At first the app worked fine. Then almost 2 months ago it wouldnt load my money. I deleted the app and re-installed it, still never worked. I wrote to customer service twice. Now the app wont even open at all on my phone. I have re-installed three times - nothing. Terrible app!

Just loaded the app for my free 1/2 dozen. Never showed up- not even the free doughnut that the app claims you get for joining. So disappointed.

Several stores in Florida seem to allow points accumulation - but none have allowed me to pay with the balance I loaded on my app/card... I imagine this has to be resolved sooner or later - as well as training their employees on how to scan the app, etc... but for now it is an embarrassment to the company releasing it as is.

Downloaded app and got a reward for ONE doughnut, NOT SIX! I agree with the claim of false advertising.

It wont give me a chance to sign up for the rewards. So Im deleting the app. Not worth it, if all their promises are dependent on signing up and it wont even give me the option.

The Orange CA location told me this weekend that the app no longer works and they wont accept it. Makes it much less useful to me.

I had an iPhone 5c and I always got coupons and new messages but since I got a 6 it said KK sent me two new offers but when I open up my messages or even the app it says I dont have anything. It doesnt seem to work the same as the 5 and I want my free donuts, drinks, ect but I dont know what Im missing out on.

I downloaded the app and signed up and only got a message for ONE free doughnut not a half a dozen.

Whenever my iPhone 6s Plus displays an alert on its screen from Krispy Kreme, I tap it to show me the full body of the message. It smoothly opens up the Krispy Kreme app, but there are no messages there at all. I dont see any sign of the alert or notification that Ive just received. Please fix. Ive tried re-installing the app, but I still have an empty message folder.

I love Krispy Creme donuts and was so excited to find this app. However, after downloading, it would never give me the opportunity to sign-up for rewards. I realize the option is only for participating cities, but theres no way of knowing if youre in one of those cities. I deleted the app; it was totally useless. MUCH improvement needed.

I joined and entered "JANOG", got a coupon for only 1 free donut, not 2nd dozen free, as advertised. I feel cheated!

Piece of crap. Barcode dont work for the free donuts.

I have an iPhone 5a. Downloaded the app and got my free 1/2 dozen donuts. BUT havent gotten any new messages since Dec. 11th. My friend has gotten 6 messages in January...one for BOGO. Sure wish I could get my offers and enjoy more free donuts too!!!

Downloaded app, went through sign up as directed, put in all info and the advertised referral code (JANOG) to get a free dozen donuts according to ad in paper then it told me offer not available in Memphis and instead offered one free cup of coffee after I buy three cups!! Or.... Said I could come in for ONE free donut!! It advertised a FREE second DOZEN if I d/l free app on my phone and submitted all information and bought one dozen. I did all that but they reneged! False advertising! Dont do it! Call the attorney general instead!

Nice concept and Ill keep using it because I live Krispy Kreme,but Id really like to see improvements. First, loading from my debt card has been disabled with no explanation. Ok, so now what? I dont want to buy unless Im going to get credit for my purchase. Allowing to load from Pay Pal would be great and secure. It would also be nice to see exclusive reward section for members. Take a few tips from Starbucks KK they have a great app. Reward us with a great update worthy of your awesome product!

I initially loaded this app because of an ad campaign for 6 free donuts. Loaded the app and nothing!!! So I loaded $20 because I like (used to like) Krispy Kreme donuts anyway, and my balance was fine, until I decided to reinstall the app. Now the app says $0 balance and Im now out $20. And now theres a message saying the load to card feature is disabled. I tried calling customer service and they passed it to "corporate". Id give my review 0 stars if that were possible.

I have the app, and have bought donuts several times. However, my rewards never show up. It still says I have 0 points, even though they scan my digital rewards card every time.

Its bittersweet. The local Krispy Kreme staff/systems can never seem to communicate with the app. So I end up paying for one or two donuts but I just complain and always get 3x the donuts I want to begin with for free!! Woohoo maybe I should give the app a 5 star
