So, I downloaded the app and signed up because I heard I could get a free 1/2 dozen of doughnuts. Well I joined, got a notification that said I received 1/2 dozen free but when I went to the app NOTHING WAS THERE!!! Please fix this!!!

I would like to have my Krispy Kreme rewards card in Apple Pay and then when I pay with Apple Pay the rewards are automatically on my Krispy Kreme account. Would make the line move faster and be much better.

I loaded $30 on the app to purchase a gift card at Christmas. However, the store was unable to process the payment using the app bar code and I had to use an alternate form of payment. I also did not receive the welcome promo of a free half-dozen donuts. Customer service confirmed they are having issues with the app, but stated my $30 could not be refunded. A voicemail message to Guest Relations at Corporate did not receive a response. The app still has bugs to be addressed.

They do NOT give you the free half dozen donuts they promise in the email they send you for downloading the app.

The app is a great idea. I signed up and did not receive my free doughnuts. Im disappointed.

Offer claimed six free donuts if this app was downloaded. Downloaded - logged on - no donuts. Sad face.

Says will receive 1/2 dozen bar code in my massages. Never happened!

Long time visitor so I was thrilled there was an app. However was not thrilled that my free donuts as promised werent there. :(

Hangs on load used to work back in the day. I used for the red light alert, I think that is all it did when I first started using it. My daughter loved to pick up a fresh dozen every now and then. Tried using it recently but it hangs on loading. Never heard about the free half dozen offer but Ive been using it for at least threes years. Now it never works in deleting the app. Dont waste your time with it...

I downloaded after receiving the email that Id get half a dozen doughnuts just for installing the app. Ive had this app now for 3 days and I havent seen anything to let me know i could go get my doughnuts :(

Ive learned that it only works on the iPhone 6 and up, I tried testing it on an iPhone 5 but it failed so I tried on three iPhone 6s and it worked.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. The free 1/2 dozen comes in the internal message system not your personal email. I received mine with no problems. The app is great!

Ive had this app for years now to track the hot light in Augusta, GA. I just updated it now and my Krispy Kreme is participating in the free 1/2 doughnuts when you create an account with the rewards program! The coupon was automatically but on my account and good for 30 days im so excited!

Guys this does give you the donuts. When you register go to the top left hand and click there and youll see the offer for free donuts in your message center. Check its there!! I just got mine. Edit.. Just went and got my free

Downloaded the app and submitted all requested info almost 3 weeks ago and still havent received my offer for free donuts!!!

Honestly if I could rate this below a one... I definitely would

I got an email for 6 free doughnuts if I downloaded the app. I have had it now for weeks and no offers have shown up. Tried to link a gift card to the app and there is no way to do it. Do yourself a favor and download the dunkin donuts app instead. Krispy Kreme could learn from them how to have a good app.
