I love this App it lets you know when the Hot light is on so you can get your doughnuts Hot and Fresh

Havent had an issue with the app the only thing I dont like is sometimes I get notifications other times I dont but that fine because I dont like getting all the notifications

The digital rewards card is not supported at my location, which I only learned after loading money to it. Now I basically am out what I loaded, with a balance I cant spend.

App gives an error message of Oops, something went wrong loading! Retry? I really wanted to get/like this too.

Ok so the Internet is full of complaints like mine. This app NEVER opens when I am in the store. Miraculously when I get home or down the road it opens. No one in store knows why. Using my cellular data or store internet does not matter. Checked all settings. Doughnuts are not hot anymore. Can you just fix this since I am not alone in this

The app was working before the last update. It simply wont open up anymore. Keeps saying "Oops! Something went wrong while trying to open the app." Bummer.

This app never wants open so I cant use the rewards program...

I downloaded the app and expected for it to tell me that the hotlight was on or off. By the time I got to the store the hotlight was I fact off, very disappointing
