I would give this app 5 stars if I were able to add the gift card I was given to my account. I have many different restaurant apps on my phone, and never encountered not being able to load a physical gift card into my account. I tried just typing in my gift card number in the credit card box, but after the first number, it realized it was not an actual credit card and wouldnt allow me to finish. So I had to scan my phone to get the points, then hand over my physical gift card to pay. Why should a customer have to carry around a physical gift card when you have an app? Change this please.

This app is very helpful and helps you earn discounted or free items.

I downloaded the App months ago. Was received notice on when Hotlight was on. Would get notifications, then it stopped! Then I changed my email address, and tried to edit my account and it tells me "A Error occurred"! Whats the problem here? I love the donuts!! I buy them and get points, but cannot change my account??? Geez!! Disgruntled Customer

I grew up in East Nashville, went to Krispy Kreme all the time.loved them then love them now. Price a little high now but I still buy them. I go to Elliston Place shop usually buy 2-8 dozen at a time to share with others. Great clean, friendly, good service there. The only thing I could say bad is I dont like all the notifications. I like openly my app and see if light is in or not or a no sound app choice would be nice. Thanks. Little shy girl

I dont mind having notifications but twice a day is too much for donuts. Not sure how I can turn down the notifications-no notifications.

Cannot find a way to remove old messages

I have yet to have any success with using scanner function yet - thus not receiving credit for my store purchases. I've only used this at one store, yet to try the app at another. Disappointed and the staff does not appear to be concerned each time.

I downloaded the app and was able to use the two offers they sent...but I cannot for the life of me, put money on the app, it says my payment method is disabled...

The rewards app has NOT been updated, only the screenshots!!!

Once I downloaded the app, I put $5 on my account. Got the 1/2 doz. free and a coffee. Went to pay, the register took the coupon but wouldnt accept the mobile payment. It took nearly 20 minutes of trying before the manager gave me the coffee for free. Only reason this app is getting 2 stars.
